All orders will be shipped within one or two business days, unless otherwise indicated in your order confirmation. Shipping costs will be calculated according to shipping method, shipping address, and product weight, and will be notified upon checkout. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Returns

We ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Orders may be returned within 60 days for a refund, minus shipping costs, or an exchange, including shipping costs. Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple addresses.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. We do our best to ship your order within 24 to 48 hours. If, due to special circumstances, your order needs a later shipping date, you will be contacted prior to shipping.

Do you service international destinations?

We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

What if I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories?

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS. Unfortunately we do not ship to other U.S. Territories at this time. Any changes to this policy will be updated to provide you with the most current information.

What if I have an APO or FPO address?

We ship to an APO or FPO address; however, prices and times of delivery may vary. Please enter your information at time of checkout, keeping in mind that not all delivery services will be available in all locations.

What if I want to ship to a P.O. Box?

We ship to a P.O. Box when shipping via USPS. UPS does NOT ship to P. O. Boxes. Please input your address at time of checkout.

What if I need my order tomorrow?
